Description
The HRT Placard Velcro Adapter is designed to upgrade legacy armor systems and plate carriers that lack the loop field required for placard system on the front of the carrier. The system includes a universal webbing adapter to give users multiple mounting configurations. This provides a scalable, modular loadout solution for issued carriers such as the IOTV, SPCS, MSV, and USMC Gen 2/3, enabling rapid mission-specific reconfiguration.
